License Agreement ("EULA") before installing the Flying Cube
software ("Software"). This EULA provides a license to use
the software and contains warranty information and liability
disclaimers. By installing and using the Software you accept
and agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with
these terms and conditions, then cancel the installation or, if
you have already installed the Software, promptly uninstall it.
OWNERSHIP. You acknowledge and agree that the Software is a
product of Vitaliy Levchenko. It protected under international
copyright law. All copyrights are exclusively owned by the
author, Vitaliy Levchenko.
LICENSE GRANT. The Software is freeware. Anyone may use the
Software for any legal purpose, including commercial applications.
NO WARRANTIES. The Software is distributed "as is"
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. You use the Software at your
own risk. The author shall not be liable to you or any third
party for any kind of consequences, which occur or not occur
while using the Software.
RESTRICTIONS. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble,
translate, or make otherwise attempt to discover the source code of
the Software. You may not rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon
the Software.
