EZ Contract Proposal allows the end user to quickly create itemized contract proposals for their clients which ultimately becomes the printed contract document. This particular software was originally developed for florists to quickly and simply spell out (in contract form) all the details of service and materials to be provided for an upcoming wedding, party or event. It has since been adapted in such ways that any profession that routinely utilizes itemized proposals can develop a contract very quickly in like fashion.
The document can be formatted to appear as other in-house documents with logo and font adaptation. Labels are flexible and can be re-worded, moved and adjusted for font, color and size.
Features include easy navigation, WYSIWYG editing, spellcheck, automatic completion of words and phrases, automatic calculation of all totals including sub-total, sales tax, deposit and balance due.
