EZ Wedding Productions allows the end user to quickly create itemized contract proposals for their clients which ultimately becomes the printed contract document. This software is targeted to florists, photgraphers, caterers and other vendors who provide services and materials for wedding events.
The document can be formatted to appear as other in-house documents with logo and font adaptation. Labels are flexible and can be re-worded, moved and adjusted for font, color and size. Text areas can be set up as Description only text areas or as Quantity, Description and Price Each.
Features include easy navigation, WYSIWYG editing, spellcheck, automatic completion of words and phrases, automatic calculation of all totals including sub-total, sales tax, deposit and balance due. Drag and drop description and pricing.
