By installing and using TCP Viewer you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Distribution of Software
You may make as many copies of TCP Viewer as you wish; give exact copies of it to anyone; and distribute TCP Viewer in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble TCP Viewer or any of its components.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which TCP Viewer may be put, and the warranty disclaimers of the software used to create TCP Viewer and the software used when it runs, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
