Concerns such as a string of digits similar to a social security number (x*x-xx-x*xx) will be recognized along with other regular expressions, or you may establish unique settings, specific to your account numbers, intellectual property or anything you consider confidential. You can also set up "safe recipients" or email routing to complement your workflow. Upon alert, it gives you the option of on-the-fly removal of the sensitive content, conversion of any file into PDF, and encryption for added security.
