Electronic End-User Software License Agreement ("EULA")
THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING
THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE THE SOFTWARE AND
CONTAINS WARRANTY INFORMATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS.
This licence describes the conditions under which you may use of Explorer for Outlook Express ("the program"). If you are unable or unwilling to accept these conditions in full, then, notwithstanding the conditions in the remainder of this licence, you may not use the program at all. This agreement Explorer for Outlook Express, related
documentation and any and all updates thereto, including Minor Updates and
Major Updates, referred to as Software hereinafter. Any Software installation package released after a user had initially installed the Software is considered as an Update. The Minor Update is a release containing the bug fixes, improving the convenience of use and
providing minor extensions to the Software functionality. The Major Update
is a release essentially changing or extending the Software functionality compared to the previous version.

1. All copyrights to Explorer for Outlook Express are exclusively owned by YarrowSoft.

2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30
days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if
you wish to continue to use Explorer for Outlook Express, you MUST register.
It is distributed on a Try Before You Buy (shareware) basis. If you like
this program and decide to keep it, you will need to purchase a registration
key.

3. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the program on one computer at a time. The program may not be rented, leased or transferred.
One copy of the registered version of Software may either be used by a
single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple
people, but not both.
If you are a registered user, you are entitled to use this product for
your own work. You may not alter, sell, rent, or lease the software to
others without the prior express written permission of the Copyright
Owners or their authorized distributor.
You must not give away your registration code. Doing so will result in an
infringement of copyright. The Copyright Owners retain the right of claims
for compensation in respect of damage, which occurred by your giving away
the registration code. This claim shall also extent to all costs, which
Copyright Owners incur in defending themselves.

Any use of the program which is illegal under international or local law is forbidden by this licence. Any such action is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action.

4. The Explorer for Outlook Express unregistered version, may be freely distributed,
provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or
company may charge a fee for the distribution of Explorer for Outlook Express without
written permission from the copyright holder.

6. Explorer for Outlook Express is distributed "as is". No warranty of any
kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk.
The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss
of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing
this software.

7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by YarrowSoft.

8. Installing and using Explorer for Outlook Express signifies acceptance of these terms
and conditions of the license.

9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
Explorer for Outlook Express files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

10. Software upgrades
If you had registered the Software, you are granted the right to receive
(download) and install all the Minor Updates to the version initially
installed free of charge. Installation of a Major Update require an upgrade fee, which is at sole discretion of the Copyright Owners.
Installation of the Minor Update does not require repeating the
registration procedure, as the registration data will be inherited from
the previous installation. Installation of a Major Update will require new registration.
