Organizations may distribute ProfileMD as a promotional/educational item. However, the authors of ProfileMD determine all content of this program.
ProfileMD uses a password system to protect the privacy of the information you enter into the database. Failure to accurately record the password will make your information unavailable. We will not be able to unlock the databases without your password (there is no universal password for this program!), which will result in loss of your data if you do not remember your password.
Computer technology may allow others to devise means of recovering/reading your information from ProfileMD without your password. Safeguard your handheld device to prevent this from occurring.
