easy2email ASP Email Component

Please read this document carefully. This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and easy2email, the developer of the easy2email SMTP component. This Agreement supersedes any prior version license and governs your use of the SOFTWARE.
The retail version will work for 30 days but requires that you register your licensed copy at easy2email at no additional fee. On registration and on receipt of the machine identification number from you, easy2email will send you a license file by e-mail that will remove the time period limitation. The licensed product will only work on the machine on which it was licensed.
The trial download version is fully functional for 30 days and is provided to evaluate the application’s functionality, capabilities and suitability to task. If you continue to use it after the 30-day trial period, you MUST register it or remove it from your computer.
The activated or unlocked software DOES NOT expire.
INDEMNIFICATION. By installing and using the easy2email software ("SOFTWARE") on your computer, you agree to save and hold harmless easy2email from any loss, direct or consequential damage, or claim incurred by you resulting from reliance upon the results obtained through the use of the SOFTWARE. If you disagree with any of these terms, do not install this software or remove the SOFTWARE together with all copies of it from your computer.
GRANT OF LICENSE. This license gives you certain limited rights to use the Software. You do not become an owner of and easy2email retains title to all the Software, Software Copies and Related Materials. easy2email grants you the right to use this SOFTWARE as follows:
1. You may not lend, give, rent, lease, sub-license and transfer the licensed SOFTWARE and related materials to other parties without the written permission of easy2email.
2. You may not alter, disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer, duplicate or create a derivative work with the same "look and feel" or otherwise use the SOFTWARE except as stated in this License agreement.
3. This SOFTWARE must only be used under the conditions and on operating systems for which the SOFTWARE was designed.
4. You need a license for every machine that the program is installed on.
5. Single Server License. You may only use the Single Server Edition of easy2email on a single computer, for the company that purchased the license and third parties.
6. Five Server License. You may only use the Five Server Edition of easy2email on five server computers, for the company that purchased the license and third parties.
7. Single Site License. You may only use the Single Site License of easy2email on all server computers at a single location, for the company that purchased the license and third parties.
8. Enterprise License. You may use the Enterprise License of easy2email on all server computers at all locations, for the company that purchased the license and third parties.
COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE and Trademark are owned by easy2email and is protected by International copyright laws and treaty provisions.
SOFTWARE SUPPORT. SUPPORT WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED BY E-MAIL AND ONLY ON THE MOST CURRENT VERSION. Queries regarding the installation and use of the SOFTWARE, as well as requests for additional features and enhancements, should be submitted by e-mail to support@easy2email.com. easy2email will attempt to implement all reasonable requests but is not obliged to do so. easy2email provides free updates and free email support for one year after purchase to licensed users. Thereafter you can purchase another year of free updates and email support. Please note that we cannot guarantee software updates.
LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. This SOFTWARE is licensed AS IS and it is your responsibility to ensure that the product works on you particular system configuration. We cannot guarantee that the program works with other third party software. These warranties are in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will easy2email be liable to you for damages, including any loss of profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if easy2email has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE MINUS ADMINISTRATION FEES WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. The ADMINISTRATION FEES are 15 percent of the purchase price.
RESERVATION. easy2email reserves the right to change the license agreement of the software. easy2email reserves the right to change the product as it sees fit, including but not limited to removal, adding or changing features in new editions. easy2email reserves the right to change prices without notice.
