This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (an end user) and Rusted Dreams, for Rusted Dreams Faogen software product, including any associated media. By installing or otherwise using the Software you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software. Instead, you should remove the Software from your computer.
For evaluation, the license is granted, and is time-limited.
For registered release you have to pay a license fee, by following instructions prompted by the program.
You may:
- use the Software on any single computer;
- copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original Software`s proprietary notices.
You may not:
- reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the Software;
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP
This Software and its source code are proprietary products of Rusted Dreams and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Software is licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use the Software and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Software other than those specified in this EULA.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is supplied "AS IS". Rusted Dreams disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software.

Rusted Dreams assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Software.
