1. Pascal Riben grants to you a non-exclusive license to use Wallpaper Screensaver 1 (thereafter referred to as "THE SOFTWARE") in accordance with the terms and conditions expressed in the present notice.
2. You may install THE SOFTWARE on as many computers as you wish.
3. COPYRIGHT.
Pascal Riben or his associates retain full ownership, copyright, and title to THE SOFTWARE, including, but not limited to, the images, text, and sound files that are part of THE SOFTWARE.
4. REDISTRIBUTION.
Redistribution of THE SOFTWARE is allowed on the following conditions:
(a) Only redistribution of the original setup file of THE SOFTWARE is allowed. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY WAY TO REDISTRIBUTE ANY OTHER FILE FROM THE SOFTWARE.
(b) Only fully FREE redistribution is allowed. You may not ask for anything in return.
5. OWNERSHIP.
THE SOFTWARE and all its components and characteristics, including, but not limited to, its code, accompanying documentation, appearance, structure, and organization, remain the exclusive property of Pascal Riben, who doesn`t relinquish any of his ownership rights by the present agreement. It is prohibited to translate, decompile, modify, adapt, or adjust THE SOFTWARE in any way. To do so is the owner`s exclusive right.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE WILL RESULT IN THE AUTOMATIC TERMINATION OF ALL THE RIGHTS THIS LICENSE GRANTS YOU AS USER OF THE SOFTWARE. Pascal Riben FURTHERMORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REDRESS FOR ALL AND ANY VIOLATIONS OF THE PRESENT AGREEMENT TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.
6. LIMITED WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Pascal Riben SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER SUFFERED BY THE USER OR ANY OTHER PERSON (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA AND LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF Pascal Riben HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
